| Brand new in 2008, five star quality, 6,400 square-foot Villa, located less than 200 yards from beautiful Cofresi Beach. This villa boasts 6 bedrooms, 5 ½ baths and can comfortably sleep 15 persons. Built as the perfect retreat for couples or large families as well, great attention has been taken to detail. Keeping families in mind, the villa was designed with two family rooms, one upstairs and one downstairs each with its own large flat screen TV. Safety gates guard the stairways as well as access to the private pool. The large pool (34 ft) has its own waterfall, and shallow child’s pool. To make sure you have the perfect vacation, the villa comes fully staffed, which means that all of the cooking, cleaning and laundry is done for you. The villa is located within easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants, Ocean World which boasts a casino as well as Sea World type shows for families |
